    @beefy_clyro when publishing your app in GS are you hitting update or new app. If you hit new it gives a new id and will not update in Tizen

    @Chaser, yeh I am hitting update. The Tizen id's all match, i'm baffled now what to do! Tried it with another rejected app and the same thing happens as well

    I'm having accelerometer issues. Tried switching the axis from x to y to see if tizen just interprets it differently but it still says it is not working correctly on the reject notification. It's also hard to try and figure out what they mean in their description of the problem without video of what is going on.

    Any Idea when this will be fixed? I can't republish to Tizen until this is fixed.

    Jan 15th : >We are currently tracking some issues with how the accelerometer readings are being tracked. It appears that some factors (like scene gravity for example) may not be translated properly. Our Tizen dev team is working on a fix for this issue and it should be included in the next Tizen update. Right now, I don't have an ETA as to when that will be released. When it is, there should be a notification on the GameSalad forums. Once that is live, republish your project and test it again. This may help with some of the control issues in your app.

    @beefy_clyro I'd have to say delete the app from Tizen completely then republish from GS then rebuild in Tizen and upload as new I know it's a pain I did it 2 times on 1 of mine. Never lost the name availability

    Finally got my app approved and in the store after 2 rejections. Had to rewrite the physics logic till the bug is fixed. Hopefully soon.

    Also having accelerometer issues here. Audio Invaders got rejected based on the character moving left and right (when tilted left and right) but also when tilted up and down.

    I've posted a bug report. Hopefully it can be fixed soon...

    In the mean time I'm trying to think if there's a way simply add some rules for the y axis of the accelerometer and tell it to do nothing without affecting the x axis. (My game only needs tilting left and right).

    Yes my game Puck it is suffering through some physics issues as well. The puck will just mysteriously change directions at times. Waiting for some of these changes so I can resubmit it. I reported the physics issues a few weeks ago in a bug report.

    I'm thinking of just getting rid of accelerometer for now and putting in buttons, really need to get in there before the incentives are done as I could use the extra money and having Pro would really help with the game I'm working on.

    Ok I've gotten a couple of ports approved with Tizen, but I just had one rejected for the reason pasted below. Anybody else run into this? Any resolutions?

    I'm thinking of just getting rid of accelerometer for now and putting in buttons, really need to get in there before the incentives are done as I could use the extra money and having Pro would really help with the game I'm working on.
    Yeah good idea... could do the same in mine... I've got touch controls as one of the options so would just need to tweak the menus and bits...

    Edit: 30 mins of work later... it's be resubmitted with out tilt controls.

    My game Bump'n Balls uses the accelerometer to move balls around on a pool table like game and it was rejected first time because of no accelerometer support but once they updated the nightlybuilds I rebuilt and resubmitted to Tizen and it was accepted and on a side note I also have in the settings a way to reverse the accelerometer X or Y because of Android so that may have helped.

    @BBEnk Well done on getting your game approved. My accelerometer game was rejected cos the device goes to sleep as a result of no touch ... Your levels must be completed in a short amount of time. Also I'm surprised Tizen let you use the word Balls as they consider it profanity which makes me shake my head ...

    "Balls" yea but they rejected my keywords "Classic" and "Bumper Pool"..lol.. and my levels have no time limit and all 90 build on one scene, but after you complete you must touch screen for next table to setup so that might help.

    Should be ok... everyone is in the same boat (queue) so if your app was going to be approved in time before they reach target, it still will.

    I'd obviously like the incentive money, but would really like to get the Pro membership so I can start properly playing around with the multiplayer stuff... I know I could (borrow from my daughters piggy bank... play sad violins) and pay for it.. but when I'm so close to getting 3 months for free ... plus the incentive would cover the pro membership for a year and my Apple Developer licence for another year.

    I submitted a circle icon which was 512px by 512px

    But the launcher icon was square? Where the image I provided was circle.

    Why is this? This is really frustraiting.

    @codemonster, the circle icon must also be uploaded to the publisher page, did you do that? That will be on the GS side of things.

    Why is this? This is really frustraiting.
    There are two places you need to upload the icon image. First, when you publish your app using GameSalad. In your portfolio, when you have the game selected, there's the icon you upload in the top left.

    Then when you are submitting your game to Tizen, you are asked to upload an icon.

    Sounds like you've uploaded the second one, but the first one is still your iOS default icon.

    I have a problem, I did everything in @FryingBaconStudios video twice through, but when I tested the signed wgt or unsigned wgt it didn't load on the emulator, I would just get a long purple loading wheel. I downloaded a fix that @jonmulcahy recommended, but that did not help.
    I published anyway thinking it was a bug, but they rejected it saying that it didn't load past the loading screen on there end. Any idea what I did wrong? Do you need more details to specifics? If so please explain.

    To anyone who can help, Im trying to download the Tizen SDK, but when I do, it gives me an error saying the dmg was damaged and the following: “inst-manager” is on the disk image “tizen-sdk-mac64-v2.2.71 (1).dmg”. Google Chrome downloaded this disk image today at 6:58 PM from developer.tizen.org.

    Any ideas?
    Follow the steps from the link below and you would be able to install the SDK, but you should download the "tizen-sdk-image-2.2.1-macos64" 1.42gb file from Tizen website on your Mac and use the advance installer to get it all setup.

    Hi, I have 2 sets Tizen accepted, I sent the deeplink and content ID to receive incentives if they do not arrive on time. I have to send some mail to me GameSalad to activate the pro account if you enter the promotion? And not received any mail GameSalad saying I'm going to get free 3 months or anything. Anyone know if I need to send an email or fill in the form enough incentive? should have received some mail GameSalad? thank you very much in advance.

    I've been trying to generate my app on the publishing page, but I keep getting this error message. All images are .png, I'm not sure what's wrong.

    I'm on windows by the way, do the numbers mean anything? What causes the errors, the game itself or the info I've put in the page/icon and screenshots?
