I just bought your game yesterday and it's a really good one.:) Very addictive, reactive and I really like the graphics: very simple and very esthetic.
And making a black and white game for Iphone is so elegant. Congratulations!
Benoit (S&B)
Thank you! Much appreciated!
Air Supply 1.2 is out today - including a few bug fixes, hopefully some performance improvements, a new stats page, new control options - oh my!
Edit - oh! And there's a new music track to unlock!
I submitted the update on Friday - so it only took four days to have it approved - good news for everyone there!
Working on 1.3 as we speak and it's coming along nicely. Will hopefully have it submitted by the end of the week. That'll include a new mode, which I'm enjoying!
QS I know you like the retro stuff and I believe you have an iPad so you should check out this game, it's sooo good! Developed by some of my fellow Canadians and shows how much passion a good developer puts into there work. http://www.swordandsworcery.com/

The pocketgamer review was a huge surprise! They'd featured our video, and I was sure that was all that would come of it.
But hey, a month later and here it is! I'm very glad they liked it in general. Another call out for GameCentre though (it can't come soon enough) and in particular, GameCentre *achievements*.
I think it's a huge shame that we're not getting GameCentre achievements *as well* as the leaderboards for the next release.
I can only think that they want to give us *something* cool as soon as possible, and that achievements would delay things.
So yeah, we got a nice spread of reviews, which is lovely, and we got two of the 'big three' in there as well! We didn't get *any* coverage from Touch Arcade, but to be honest, that's cool. The forum dwellers there seemed to take to the game very nicely, and that means more to me, frankly!
The 1.3 update is almost done too, which is nice. 1.4 will hopefully be the GameCentre update, and I'm looking forward to dedicating more of my time to AS - SOS on the iPad and AS2.
I like the review, actually. I *think* it's saying that it's not trying to be anything other than a game, and that it has some soul to it (essentially all the little imperfections show it was made by a human - or sheep, in this case).
It's lovely that they found the game so interesting!
I'm meeting up with Jake tonight for a session of unbearable wonderfulness, and I'll get him to play 1.3 before I submit to Apple - always good to get a second opinion
Jake's my video game partner in crime! We made Gravitrixx together, and he's cooking up something weird and wonderful that will go out under the QS banner
Version 1.3 is now available, with the added Fuel Supply mode (which has you flying a spaceship, using iCopter controls, and still shooting and collecting thingies!!)
Yay!
Here's a pic!
It took nine days from update sumbission to release - that's really not very good, is it?
Please do let me know what you think of it!
If you left a review on iTunes before, and you have a mo', an update from you would be awesome!
seriously QS stop working on the runner you. the number of plans ive had squashed because ive subsequently seen it in your game or monsterdash or something!
...therefore its a great idea, well done *he said begrudgingly* looking at his space vehicle stage for the runner...

Sorry man - still a few things to add to it
GameCentre for one!

Thanks, that's very kind! The music was done by someone as passionate about the ZX Spectrum as I am!
I've no idea how big that site is, but it's nice to get reviews
Update planned to include GameCentre of course, and then...
Air Supply: SOS (ipad) is coming along nicely, and hope (HOPE!) to have that out by the end of the month - with something *completely* different following that in July, probably...

My only minor complaint is that some of the smaller text is hard for me to read (although it may just be my eyes).
I look forward to trying to unlock the achievements.
The game has dropped off pretty much every 'feature' list except for what's hot in arcade and action for the US and Australia.
I'm expecting a huge dip tomorrow
BUT!
In the US 'What's Hot' action section, it's joined by its older brother, Gravitrixx!
Top left and bottom right corners!
I hope they get along!
