I am sorry, i really can't. My next trivia game is based on The Bible, and I need all of my attention on my next game, which will be different and more advanced than this game, Math Trivia: Number Madness, and Christmas Trivia: Snowball Madness.
Well, I guess being honest isn't working so lets try the positive approach,
Good job, inspiring to see someone take on so much feedback and continue to work to a dead line, keep it up. But you know what would make your game even more enjoyable, if you made one game and let the users pick a theme because I think 30 levels is to short.
Take @leibiscuits and @jeromy 's suggestion and run! Put them all together, work on a theme design wise, and you've got a bigger app on your hands to push. Definitely check the ui links that somebody shared with you too.
I am thinking, just avoiding the rejection by not releasing the game, and just throwing it into a failed games folder.
Giving up is the easy way out, if you have a Idea you need to follow it through otherwise your going to have hundreds of projects but not finish one because you get a new idea.
If you need help, PM me, but what I hate to see is someone giving up because everyone is pressuring. It happens with every game, I look back on my game, from the initial idea, and I am shocked i thought that would sell, but what I did, was listen to the feedback, expand on the idea, its continuing getting better and not in one way what I expected it would be. I am now proud to put my name on it. It's been over two years, and granted there were times i wanted to throw it all away. I started other projects to take a break, but now I reach the final stage, I am glad I never gave up. Although now I can create this game in a month, the amount of time it took for the idea to grow couldn't have been done in a month.
So that being said, you seem to have a strong interest in trivia games, so if your willing to listen and take the time, shoot me a PM my way and I will try get you back on track, I am packed with ideas, ideas that can be done with GS.

you should make a "mega trivia" and inside you put some theme :
disney, bible, space etc
Ahh!, it all makes sense now. I wondered why you rejected so much sensible advice.
