Well, I guess who don't like feedback. Look at your ..ummm screenshots and then look at other games. And to make it easier for you here are some of my favourites. Do you see the major differences between them and yours?
November 17, 2013 Development Update: 1. Updating the last of the backgrounds for every level this week
2. Since, I want to finish this game by Christmas, I would have to cut a couple of Disney movies from the question list. I will be working on The Little Mermaid questions, when I finish updating the backgrounds.
Did you see someone just had a game rejected similar to yours but NFL questions. I told you back when you started this game you would have copyright and trademark issues but you don't listen. I am eager to see if this game gets rejected.

November 25, 2013 Update: 1. Finished coding levels for The Little Mermaid 2. This Week, I will be working on Aladdin Levels 3. I want to wrap up the development process for this game by December 23, 2013, so i can have the game ready to publish in 2014. 4. I have been hearing stuff about copyright on here, I don't think Disney will take down the game, since all they care about is money these days.
The problem with 35 questions is someone will play it once, answer all of the questions and then never play it again, either leaving it on their device never to be opened again, or delete it.
You want to try and give the player a different game every time they start playing which means lots of questions as well as randomising the order of questions.
Having all of the questions in a table with their responses will make it easier to randomise the order of them.
Once you've got the mechanics of the game working properly adding new questions would just be a case of adding new rows to the table.
31 levels after all this time? How are you programming your levels. If you are doing it with tables it wouldn't be too hard to make 100+ questions in one day.
I've got to be honest . . . . this really isn't very good, you could do a lot better here, even if you were to pastiche something you've seen that you like it would be a lot lot better than this, I mean you've only got a few elements, a couple of boxes, some type, a yellow background - and even with so few elements you've still managed to make them sit awkwardly together, the coloured squares don't line up, the font size (and design) is lost in the large areas of flat colour . . . and so on.
December 11, 2013: Final Development Update: 1. Finished Game Development 2. Final touches will be added to Disney Trivia: Movie Extravaganza. 3. Disney Trivia: Movie Extravaganza will be released in 2014.
I'm guessing you are creating a scene for each question and then using display text on an actor to show the question and answer and manually coding the right answer to go to the next scene.
in the time it took you to code two scenes you could code a single scene that used tables for reference and then have hundreds of questions display from that single scene.
but before you even attempt that you should spend some time researching UI Design and color theory
A .apk takes on average 5 minutes to compile using gamesalad.....and from what their saying you could start right now from scratch using tables and could be done within 2 weeks with 4 times the questions you have now. If you do it right you can just add questions and answers to the tables and it will do the rest for you. Making updates a breeze. That's what they suggestion.
i am sorry, I can't change the game. I have finished game development on this game and started on my new trivia game project.

... and also i'm not sure you can use disney in your name, disney is a brand so, using just the name is not possible i think
maybe some like "Cartoon trivia"
Right on. As others have said, I really don't think you'll get past review, unfortunately. Yes, you can change the game, just delay the development of your new game. That's the right thing to do.

1. Due to December going by super fast, I have decided to cut the levels and questions down to 31, since I am losing development time.
2. I will be finishing up the Lion King questions/levels this weekend.
3. I will do final enhancements right after I finish coding the Lon King questions/levels.
