You're half right! (I told you you wouldn't get it 100%)
The main gameplay mechanic is very very simple - you just tap where you want a fireball to go, to shoot the clouds.
Your 'ammo' is shown by the rays rotating around the sun - and it regenerates after each shot.
That's all you're getting! :P

I got some tiny additions thanks to old_kipper - the birds, for example, look a lot lot better now!
Then I have to check it all hangs together - and try and squash all the bugs - but I'm hoping to have something for you by the end of the this week!
Then I'll spend a week fixing any issues found and generally polishing up. And if we get a new GS build, I'll have to make sure it all works ok in that too!
So, if I submit to Apple end of next week... it should be out around the 21st of the month! :O
Hi this will be an awesome game from the looks of it, I like the artwork and I'm curious about the gameplay .
The only thing that's bothering me are the clouds, it looks distorted/compressed horizontally (I'm not sure if that is the right term). Not to be picky but just pointing out what I noticed.

Hey, no problem!
I'm not sure why they'd look like that. The medium clouds (as in the one in the last pic) were drawn at 128x128, and the actor's 64x64 (for Retina Display purposes).
I'm not sure why they'd look 'distorted' therefore (although I have been looking at them for a year or more, so it's always good to get a fresh perspective!).

I was hoping to submit this week, with a release set for October 21st. But that all depends now on whether we get a fix from GS for the .98 release
I hope we do get something this week as it'll delay me quite a bit (don't want to release the week after due to Halloween, for example, which means it may be delayed till the week after that - which is NO fun!)

Video may be coming some time this week. I'm just finishing the game off. Just need it tested really, and this latest GS build is holding that process back a bit
I'm kinda new in Game Salad, the Apps and all related to Apple (xD) but this looks fantastic. The graphics look like a Kirby game and I love Kirby, I will buy this but I think is a bit to simple. There will be multiple game modes or just the normal levels?
