top grossing of 'all apps' overall in the US store at #102 would be huge.

Best way to tell is to sign up with applyzer.com and pay the 1 euro for hourly stats for the app, then you get a proper picture of what it's doing. The free version of applyzer is ok but like all the app monitoring sites it only updates once a day.
game screen in N&N ( action and adventure categories )in that country! :-)

I'll give you my honest initial thoughts as although it's nice for someone to just tell you "great!", it's not ever so useful.
So.. first thing I notice is you ticked the wrong orientation when publishing with GS, the splash screen is upside down to the game. Minor, but first impressions are important.
Second, when I started the first level I got a blue screen and it locked and froze the game. Had to quit and restart. Worked second time.
I went with the default options and hit start. Graphics look really good. I wasn't sure from the screen shots, but they do look great. The parralax scrolling looks superb. The fish itself could do with some more animation as it swims, looks a little like a drifting paper cut out.
I used the default 'cursor' control method and found it a bit puzzling. Why not go with an analogue joystick, this single direction movement is a bit awkward. The 'eat' button could do with changing appearance when tapped as it doesn't give a lot of feedback when tapped, fish doesn't always respond. I will try the accelerometer controls later.
I only played for 10 minutes but without reading any instructions I actually had no idea what I was doing. I could see there are a lot of levels, but no progress or indicator told me I was getting close to finishing a level. I ate a lot of stuff, found some keys and opened treasure. Perhaps the first level could overlay some instructions for the player. I know they could read the instructions but a lot of people just hit start.
I know this might look all bad. I don't mean that. I haven' really got into the actual game yet and will update my thoughts later. These are just my initial thoughts, please don't be angry about them.
