Request Time Out - Publishing

Hi all,
I tried publishing my game several times today but kept getting a "Request Time Out" message after approx 10mins of uploading. My game is 5.7MB in size.
Can anyone help me out here?

So I tried to test publishing a less than 1mb file...went through to the server.
9mb file also did ok.
When I publish a 13mb file, it gives the same kind of problem! Request time out!!!!!!!!
What the heck is going on here?

Izam, we're sorry, but there's not much I can do here.
The way we have it set up, you're uploading directly to Amazon S3.
So there is a slow connection between you and the datacenter which causes the timeout.
Please open a support request at http://support.gamesalad.com/#/help/publishing and let me know after you have and we'll see if we can find some way to help you.
@adent42 all our projects are time critical. I have been waiting for close to 12 hours now and this problem still persists. I have just sent a ticket. And I wonder if this will again take 4 days to look into. How can this be good?

izam, we're really sorry about the issues. Again, this is a problem with your internet connection, so we cannot do much about it. I will be contacting you via the customer servers system with suggestions. In the mean time, you might want to talk to you ISP.

the project is 47mb in size. and can't go through.
Now I tried to publish a much older project sized at 42mb and it is successful a few minutes ago. What gives???

Now I tried again my current project and it's successful. After 17 FULL hours spent waiting in front of my computer clicking on publish for so many times. And now its ok.
I've lost almost a day dealing with this. Unbelievable.

even downloading the latest creator nightly poses a problem. This is the kind of download speed I'm getting from amazon S3

I really don't have much time left for my project. It needs to get done by 15 June. If this is the kind of service that we depend on from Amazon S3, then I'm seriously screwed as a PRO GS user.

best advice Google spindump return code 75. Reboot the Mac and try again. There is something wrong with the Mac connecting to the s3 sever. A the url is in the console log . I am off to bed.

So I went to try to download the latest mac creator for another mac that I have. Same problem. Same terribly slow connection to Amazon S3.
So then I went to download the latest creator for windows on my PC laptop. SAME THING!
Super slow connection and download speed from amazon S3.
So what am I to do now?
