Illustrator, even though I use it for editing, and not drawing! :)

All freehand except the text and sparkles..

But my brothers have always been good at art (They do that kind of thing at Uni and college). Me on the other hand.. i can't do art to save my life.

Illustrator all the way! I use Illustrator for all of my graphics now!

I'm going to be controversial - I have much love for both Illustrator (industry standard) and Inkscape (got to love the freeness and great @spriteattack tutorials!). But my favourite at the moment is iDraw - just the right balance of features, simple to use in a modern and reasonably priced app. Plus there's a companion iPad app, and it all syncs great using dropbox.

I prefer Illustrator and Photoshop but I have Gimp and Inkscape installed.

I use inkscape but never used illustrator. If I had the chance though I would probably use illustrator over inkscape. But as said before its the artist not the program. :D

To be honest, You could make a masterpiece with ms paint, As I said; it's a silly discussion really because it's the artist not the tool

Inkscape is free. Gimp is to Photoshop as Inkscape is to Illustrator.
