1) You can drag a button actor into the scene, unlock it, drag the rule set from "my behaviors" in and it takes care of placement, camera rules, etc. You just have to tell it which scene to go to.
2) When you look at the scene layers panel the lowest button actor will automatically locate to the first position and its images (both unlocked and locked) will be set automatically as long as your image files are named properly.
Here's what I am struggling with:
The touch to go to the next scene rules. It seems like if I have touch is inside and released should work but right now it isn't. They idea is that I need to be able to drag the buttons around with out unintentionally selecting a level that I don;t really want to go to.
Still need to add:
rules that make the camera move to the last unlocked level so that you don't have to slide it over for ever each time. (This shouldn't be too hard)

Hi mate ill email you with an idea that may solve it but ill test first. I would like it to remain your build and publish it to the list under your name. It sounds like it will be the best build to date far better then when it started. I am thrilled.

If anyone is having trouble accessing AppChogie's site (my Safari set-up won't work at all due to the flash blocker, ad blocker, etc, I have set up), the new Firefox beta 4 works just fine.
OK, I think I am finally ready to upload. I am at work right now so I'll wait until tonight but I think I have it working so that if you touch a level button and decide not to select it you can slide your finger off of the button and it will not change scenes. If you touch a button and release your finger while it is still over the button it will change scenes.
You used to be able to just have a when touch is inside and released but that doesn't seem to work. Maybe GS is now too fast. IDK
I had to actually make an invisible actor that constrains to the mouse so I could check if it is overlapping with the button when the touch is released.
Yeah, I uploaded it, but I have no idea how it goes from there to the download page. I'm assuming AppChogie needs to post it. I imagine he checks it over first. He'll probably post on this thread when he has it up.
OHHHH ok. didn't think about that. I wish someone would make a snap to the center FREE coverflow. I like those the best. I don't like it when it gets stuck in the middle. I tried to fix it, but I am not a GS wiz. I am more of an artsy person. DL

if you adjust the scene bigger or just put your own snap to cente rules in IT will get stuck in the middle scene untill you retouch it. You have to adjust one of the max expresions and another one. Alot of people dont relize those expressions need to be changed. Im pretty sure thats what he mean
