You know, I've noticed something funny a couple of times... Almost every time a game is launched by Chillingo I find between the reviews a strage thing: some of them are reapeating....and I was thinking what if they are tricking some way Apple's system and they are giving automated reviews to boost their apps I mean, everything is possible...

VERY interesting find, looks like a lot of review shilling, or could be a bug in Apple's system because they have repeated
I'm gonna run a contest for codes on touch arcade - which seem to work the best for promotion... twitter followers... high score, pm me, or answer a question?
Very disappointing sales... Max was 12 but generally 1-2 a day. I have just employed a cheap press release writer who sends it out to loads if people... I should start to see if it helps in the next few days I hope...
Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad the press release people are doing something coz at 2 sales a day it's gonna take a year before I've paid them off, never mind music, apple licence, GS cost, and months of work.
Oh well, that's the life of an indie dev I suppose!

I have just downloaded your game I will try it out tomorrow while at work and let you know what I think looks great can't wait.
I will keep you updated
Ian
I havent had a chance to download it yet. (working around 12 hours a day on my current project on top of having a baby that doesn't let me sleep)
The best press you can get for free are all the price change sites and followers.
If you arent in any ranks right now and have nothing to lose just raise it up to 2-5 bucks for about a week then drop it to .99 cents.
That will put it in front of a few hundred thousand people!
No need to pay per click when those sites will post and tweet for you!!
Just dont raise and lower it too close or people see the up and down on the same page!
just my advice though, thats all
