1 actor 100 rules or 5 actors 20 rules each?

Wondering what you would suggest,

1 actor with 100 rules or 5 actors with 20 rules each?

I think 1 actor 100 is better then 5 actors 20 rules!
you only need to check 1 actor to debug!
and 5 actors coperation is not easy!

remember to rename the behave, it can help you to debug!

what Ive found is that trying to open an actor for editing with a large number of rules can take ages - to the point where you worry that its crashed.... but i dont know if it makes any difference to processing when the game is running.
