I am assuming when you post comments for an app it is posted only in that countries app store. I am in Canada and noted some of my comments do not display for Americans.

App Figures reports all comments from all countries (subscription based though) as well as sales reports and hourly rankings (if in Top 400) for each country.

Or if you want to browse yourself open iTunes, go to the bottom right, then click the flag type icon.
