What does the services tab do in the creator?

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I'm trying to use Chartboost, and I don't see the Green SDK on the Chartboost site, which I am guessing is why my ads aren't showing up in ad-hoc.

In my services tab of the creator, I only see a thing for PlayHaven, not Chartboost. Is this a relevant issue?

    I believe the Services tab has been depreciated and doesn't serve any purpose any more. Ads are now set up through the publishing portal and their hosting service providers websites.
