Control like a psp

Hello,

I need help.
i want to control a 'car' with a control like on a psp. As in a small dot that your drag up, down, left and right that controls the object. On the right of that I need a button to fire. Is there a tutorial for this or anexample I can download as the examples in the software only allow for keyboard control. I want this to run on an iphone.
