Drag? A little HELP please!

How does one use drag? What number do I set it to? Angle? huh? What do I use it with? Can I just drop in an actor or does it need to be paired with each movement rule?

I really am confused on this one! HELP!

just drop in an actor. it slows the actor down.
Angular drag is supposed to slow the actor from spinning.

btw... is it possible to slow down only the x-motion or only the y-motion?
I think its not but would like to be sure...
