Platformer game - > moving platforms help

hi everyone, im making a platformer game and ive got moving platforms that the character can jump on to and jump off,

the platform moves left and right, but when the character is standing on it, the platform moves, but the character stays in the same place, how can i make it so that the character moves along WITH the platform?

Try when the character overlaps with the platform constrain its position to the platform.

ok i did it , but now i cant move around it sticks to the middle of the moving platform, and its very shakey

If your character walks with a change in acceleration, try making that when the character collides or overlaps with the platform it changes it's motion (linear velocity) to that of the platform
