delivery failure from Transporter

Hi, i get the same delivery failures every time now... one is about the icon containing a transparent or alpha channel,, (which mine doesn't)

2nd one says invalid deployment target. Your app targets ios 12.2 ios apps must target ios version from 13 to 27.2 (i've always done 13 and been fine, even tried 13.3 and get the same error)

anyone else experiencing this? Thanks

i also notice when i download the package from gamesalad it comes out as gamename.ipa where it used to come out as a bunch of random letters and numbers,, didn't know if this is effecting something...
