Text not displaying in the mobile app

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hello, I created a mobile game, but the text within the game doesn't appear when running it on a mobile device, even though it displays correctly in Game Arcade. What could be the problem?

    The viewer (at least for Apple Devices) is seriously outdated and buggy and doesn't represent final product. I know the Android version was recently updated, and the Apple one was supposed to follow suit, but there were issues, so now they're looking at a different approach.

    Hi there! Can you dm me the publishing portal link to the game so I can get tech support to look into this for you? I know there were some updates done to the font system recently.

    @uptimistik I can't even get display text to show up in the online preview viewer either.
