Issue with RC build

Hi, I ran into the "target api is less than 29" issue when trying to upload my game to the android play store with the apk build. i did some research and read that the RC build targets api 29, solved that issue for me. But after testing with the RC build i realized the "player name" rule i had set up no longer worked. After further testing I realized in the RC build, the keyboard change attribute does not work. sorry if this was mentioned somewhere else but when will either the build apk option starts targeting api 29 or the keyboard input behavior get fixed in the RC build. At this point I can't release my game on either. Thanks for the help.
