App crashes when sound is needed!!!

I developed an App but when I publish it I get no sound. Get the buttons with the labels but when depressed iphone just crashes. Doubled checked the coding and have redone the App 4x's. it works when i try it on my desktop but when it gets to my phone no sound then crash!!!
Please help im @ wits end.. anything would help!!!
