Hi, is there an user here based in the UK that also has a Google Play app store account?

We have an app that needs a publisher and because of the app's owner, it may speed things up to have a publisher based in the UK.

    I am, though I have published all my own game via my dev-partner's account, and Google have recently decided they don't believe she is who she says she is and limited her account after we've been releasing games on it for years. I'll need to check with her what the status is, but couldn't make any promises given its not my account anyway. I might have one of my own from 15+ years ago though, I'll check! I definitely remember paying the one time fee at some point long ago.
