WIP HTML5 Engine Delegate How-To Document

I figure it's about time we document how to program the HTML5 engine to handle more features a bit better so here you go:

I'm publishing it as a google doc for now, as it's a work-in-progress. If anyone want to see more example, or if you have suggestions to make things more clear, please let us know and we'll update the doc!
