A parental gate!
Especially if you're selling additional content (levels, upgrades etc) through the app, it all goes behind a parental gate.
The gate needs to be tricky enough so kids under 13 won't figure it out, but not too hard so adults find it frustrating and avoid purchasing or viewing more within your app. Here's an example of one, once you solve it, it turns on a Boolean attribute, and the text YES is displayed.
