Bug: Ironsource Banner iOS

Current RC build.

Issue:

On iOS, after a user touches a banner ad and leaves the app, no other touches are recognized after returning.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch app.
  2. Wait for the banner ad to load.
  3. Touch banner ad and leave app/game.
  4. Return to app/game and touch any UI element.

Other observations:

  1. Both mouse down and touch events are not recorded. Not sure if they are different implementations.
  2. Issue not present on Admob or Chartboost ads.
  3. Issue not present on Interstitial ads.

Current workaround:

I am using Chartboost for banner ads instead.

    Sounds like an issue with unpausing. We'll look into it.

    Don't make it a priority for me, I am happy with Chartboost for banner ads and Iron for everything else. Just wanted to document it somewhere.

    Wonder if this is connected to games freezing if a call is received? Sounds like a very similar issue of leaving the app and returning to find it frozen.

    Likely, I won't be looking at it until I finish up the Android release, but it's something we'll definitely look at when we add the new features to iOS and work on updating the ad networks.
