Play App Signing?

Hi it's been a long time since I updated my app on The Play Store. I tried uploading my signed AAB onto Play console but it said I need to opt in to play app signing? And then presented me with some options that I don't understand? Can somebody help me on what to do?

Tried searching for the answer on cookbook but couldn't find the updated guide. Thanks!

We're a bit behind in this. We suggest you sign your aab files via the command line before submitting.

Google's suggestion is to let them sign the file for you.

We don't have any documentation on it, but basically you need to upload the key directly to google and then they take it from there. I'll have someone on our team begin documenting the process.
