How to draft the privacy policy for google play？

I've succeeded in uploading one app (free and no ad) on google play. In that time, I drafted the privacy policy by myself.
However, afterthat, I tried to upload another app (free but with ad) on google play, and I used the same page of privacy policy. This time, I failed to upload the app on google play. I have tried to modify the privacy policy, but it is still failed. Could you please let me know how do you guys draft your privacy policy for different apps? Thanks in advance.

i used one of the free privacy policy generators online (found using a web search), and saved it online.
I use. They give you 100,000 views per month. Nobody clicks on the link anyhow.
