What would be a reason that my sound files would be rejected in the publishing to arcade process? They are OGG files. They work in PREVIEW and HTML Preview. So why are they halting my arcade publishing?
The files get rejected due to how we process them. In order to sure full cross browser support, we transcode files from ogg to m4a and vice versa. We use Amazon's elastic transcoder to avoid any licensing issues, but unfortunately that means we're stuck with their limits. Elastic transcoder only accepts stereo files of a certain bitrate and frequency (I'd have to look it up since I haven't seen it in a while).
