Overriding Mute Button in iOS

This is I guess is more for the GS Team...
I would say that 90% of negative reviews my apps receive are from users saying that the app doesn't have sound.
It's frustrating because it's always that they have their devices (iPhone/iPad) on mute.
Many apps however manage to somehow override this mute function and play sound even when devices are muted.

My question is - would this be something that would be easy for GS to implement? It would be an amazing help.

    So apple should only allow that for certain categories of apps "emergency apps".

    On the other hand, we should be able to detect if the app is muted so you can tell the users to turn on their sound, so we'll look into that at some point.
