Bought Pro, Expired Trial Dialog Prevents Login

I just subscribed to GS Pro about a half hour ago, and haven't been able to log in to GameSalad. It's telling me that my free trial has expired, despite the fact that I've purchased the product. What gives?

your payment may not have cleared yet from the gs server side (just guessing)
if there’s a blue chat icon on the bottom right of your screen, that’s normally the best way to get a response for these things. i’ve found the gs team to be very responsive and helpful contacting through there.
