How to access Keystore info on Windows

For leaderbaords with Google Play Games, I need that SHA1 code. How can I find it on Windows? I have the keystore file, but properties doesn't give me the info I need. On Mac, in terminal, you guys get to see all of that info. Any help? Could command - run help?
Note: I dont need a new keystore, just to be able to access the SHA1. Any Windows publishers out there?
