GS is eating up my RAM

My project is quite large with many actors, I realise I wasn't efficient in terms of actor actor count.
But 10GB is quite a lot.
I also noticed it isn't this high when I first launch GS, it tends to increase the longer I use the software.
Am i alone?

Also, is there a way to detect my game's RAM usage of the phone?
Xcode instruments with and adhoc build.
