Paying individual to help us publish our app. Keeps not working.

We have gone through the app publishing process numerous times and have issues every single time. Whether its out certificates, SDK, just warning after warning. We can never do it correctly. We need someone to show us how to and what we are doing wrong. 2 hours of work. Which is really just guiding us through the process. $$ robby@purefusionmedia.com.

Is there a reason I don't get responses? This seems like anyone that has successfully uploaded an app would jump on this.
