Gamesalad is not perfect and I've seen a lot of detractors on this forum in the past - but I've just had the most FANTASTIC help from the admins here.

I had a problem with a game when it was transferred from the desktop to html5. One of the admins (#ForumNinja) took the time to look into the code of my game and reworked an aspect whose logic did not translate properly from desktop to online. Something about Boolean 0 and 1 not working the same online as it does on the desktop. Taking the time and trouble to do this is absolutely first rate service. OK, there should be no difference in the code structure between the two versions, and other issues still remain - but I'm really impressed with the level of service I received.

So next time you're thinking of voicing any dark thoughts about Gamesalad take the time remember the good points as well as the bad.
