Reward videos not working (in internal test mode)

Hi, I have added Chart Boost reward videos to my game following the instructions.
I trigger the video using a Change scene command, the video shows correctly but after I arrive in my destination scene and it is blocked. I also have a button on that scene to go back but it does not work. It seems like the game is paused/crushed.
My game is in internal test more still on Google Play and when I add the bundle name on Chart Boost it says it cannot find it.
Can the two things be related?
If anyone is able to fix them and make them work I am very happy to hire him/her to get it done.
