    You'll need to provide more information than that. How much are you paying developers? Commission is great if it's in addition to an hourly rate or salary. Without that, it's not a fair wage for professional work.

    If you're going to want people to develop purely on commission, you need to demonstrate what you're going to bring to the table. Are you an artist? Marketer? A very talented artist could potentially find someone to actually make the games for them with a fair split, but other than that it's very unlikely.

    Sadly having great ideas for games is essentially worthless. Contributing directly to the art/programming/music/promotion is the only real way partnerships happen.

    If you're offering commission in additon to an hourly wage, clarify that and you'll get lots more responses.

    Excuse me, I used Ganesalad last week. I literally purchased a salad at work.
