publishing for Android sound distorts

Anyone having sound distorting issues when publishing for Android? I remember my sound was perfectly fine before ever publishing with version .95.... but now that I published with .95, it distorts.

Generate APK (before .95 was out) had perfect sound...
Build RC (before .95 was out) had sound distorting issues...

• now that version .95 is out, Generate APK has the same sound issues Build RC had/has
