iOS reward videos no show (Chartboost) / absolutely hopeless

If anyone can help I greatly appreciate it. I've already spoken to the creator of GS and others but no hope so far... they say it should work fine... but it doesn't... not in my system at least. There is no trace of reward video impressions in the Chartboost analysis for iOS, and there are several iOS users of my game.. so in other words, it's not my iPhone that is glitched.
Even had help via SKYPE shared screen but we couldn't decipher it.
Works perfectly fine on Android... I am guessing that GameSalad must have a glitch with Reward Videos on Chartboost with iOS?

Well I guess no one really knows about this Reward Video thing... damn.
I had a period where it was displaying ads.... no longer, it seems.
