Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_INVALID_APK]

This is my first app and after searching the forum and google and trying to solve this problem I havent managed, so I decided to post here, as GS support hasn't replied yet, in a hope that someone might help:

I'm doing an ad-hoc testing, but I get this:

C:\Program Files\android-sdk\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb devices

C:\Program Files\android-sdk\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb --version

Installed as C:\Program Files\android-sdk\android-sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe

i have enabled developers mode and usb debugging on android tablet

i'm using windows 10

when I update sdk I get this:

C:\Program Files\android-sdk\android-sdk\tools\bin>sdkmanager --update
