Windows Version Limitations ?

Just stumbled across what looks to be a well known limitation to the windows version (table size).
I understand there will be limitations when publishing, but that is not an issue for me just yet as I only intend to use html5 publishing anyway.
Are there other limitations to the Windows version I might find as I get deeper into using Gamesalad?
