sighning apk

hi i cant sighn my game after ive generated it on gamesalad for a android platform.after i sighned up for the pro package and click on tools to sighn my apk,it says apk sighned click OK,after doing so it vanishes to be found later as a shortcut containing no information that is not sighned and corrupted.please help me guys.
