Need a slot machine template

I want a slot machine template which is 3x3. I've try to make a 1x3, but 3x3 seems too complicated. Please let me know if there's an 3x3 or 5x5 template I can buy or download. A simple one is fine.

    Thank you for the template, seems it is a dial template, it's really useful for symbol appearing, but I need more like slot logic and setting for 3x3 or more.
