Connecting Gamesparks to Gamesalad HELP

Using gamesparks, I have integrated registering, signing in and posting score into my gamesalad games. So the register, login and posting score works fine when I am developing the game but as soon as I publish the game on game salad arcade, it doesn't work...I changed the url to live and changed gamesparks to live but it still doesn't work!

Perhaps the problem is that game salad isn't "pointing to live" as the going to live gamesparks checklist says it needs to do that but I don't know how to check this or fix it! PLEASE HELP!
