Publishing server issues? - JSON Decoding Error

I've been having intermittent issues publishing for the past couple of days, today I'm unable to publish at all.

When publishing my game I get this error:
JSON Decoding Error. Please check that your network is enabled.

Sometimes it appears to publish/upload the project and then gives the error:
Incomplete response received from the application.
