I set up the new keystore for my app. When loading the signed APK it has the following error message:
You uploaded an APK with an invalid signature (learn more about signing). Error from apksigner: ERROR (Jar signer DOLPHINT.RSA): JAR signature META-INF/DOLPHINT.RSA uses digest algorithm SHA-256 and signature algorithm RSA which is not supported on API Level(s) 10-17 for which this APK is being verified
I then tried it unsigned:
I sent it unsigned and it has this error message:
You uploaded an APK that is not zip aligned. You will need to run a zip align tool on your APK and upload it again.
I have accidentally clicked get google to sign. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
PLEASE HELP

I've tried installing the Android SDK on my new macbook running Sierra but It gave strange errors in the terminal that prevented me from installing the SDK.
I had a backup of the files so I tried to copy them to my new macbook and that worked but then I ran into the same zip align error when I tried uploading an APK.
@ForumNinja gave me a copy of his files, copied to my mac and pointed to the right zip align file when signing the app and it worked without any problems. No more errors.
I've uploaded the files and you can download them via this link; https://files.fm/u/5gn2tmnx
Thanks for that. I replaced the files and linked to the zip align file but it still doesn't; work.

Thanks Damien. I managed to fix it by reloading the SDK and updating my code signing with the current one on cookbook. Also I made sure to upload a signed SDK to Google and I started a new app rather than update the old one.
