I spend so much time making the game that I hardly know how to use this forum properly. Never the less I would like to announce my latest game. Robosaurus, its the only one that comes up on itunes search under games, well any category for that fact. Robo is owned by VideoPoker.com, the guy who owns VP bought this huge robot at a classic car auction, couple of years ago. It lives in Las Vegas and the approached us with the idea of making a game around Robo. At first we kind of sneered a bit and said no thanks, but they kept on us a bit so we relented and spent 2 months making the game. It was a very interesting project, first they wanted shoot em up on the ground, then the air then they wanted a castle crusher game, puzzle thing, then they wanted Angry Birds, (me too) so we did the first 3 games in one game. Air, Land and Crush. It took a while to make it through the Apple folks but its been up for a couple of days and we have even sold a few, and those are sales not promo codes. Sort of freaked me out a bit. Nothing earth shattering but something is better than nothing.

If anyone breaks down and parts with 2 bucks, please let me know what you think. And if you find any problems, tell me that as well.

I had the promo codes but the client decided they knew 50 folks to give them to so, no codes.

The app and Robo are going to be featured on a tv show on History Chanel the show is called
PAWN STARS, another Vegas entity. I drive by there all the time, its amazing the place is full, I used to go there when you could shoot a cannon in the parking lot and no one would know you were there, now you can get in edgewise in the place.

I think the show will air in September so I will let you know when if you are interested.

The reason I am posting is this, I have made 5 games with GS and none of them have done for snot. I blame this on the game, they just were not good enough to catch people. With that comment I also think it is almost impossible to stand out in the crowd, so I am anxious to see if the world will beat a path to our door for the app, after the TV show.

We have another push on tv in October with the car auction on Speed Channel, back to the Barrett Jackson auction, we are going to give away some proceeds from the app to their favorite charity. Its sort of a home coming thing, that was where Robo was purchased.

So if the app sells a ton, then this kind of advertising works. Again no one knows so I will keep everyone informed. GS is a pretty amazing product, it has a lot of holes but I am sure that will get better, the point is that I mucked around with Xcode and the app SDK for two months only to give up and do something else. GS will also get a push from this, as we only use the 99 dollar rev, same as the rest of the folks here.
