Game is crashing.

Ok so my game is BETA testing on the google play store, and it is crashing randomly with 2 seperate codes:
/system/lib/egl/libGLES_mali.so
And
/data/app/com.synlabs.UNPOPPABLE-1/lib/arm/libgsengine.so
I have no idea what to do with this information and if there is a way to fix the crashing, or a link to show me how it would be greatly appreciated.
