Sony unexpectedly quit?

Hello everyone! I have a question about unexpectedly quit.
Many review(Google Play) complained this problem.
They said: "Sony can't use my game, always unexpectedly quit when they open or playing my game."
Most of users who their app unexpectedly quit, their phone are sony xperia XA.
Of course other types also have the problem.(a little bit)
Does anyone meet the same situation?
By the way
Could anyone tell me what is the Android Version Code?
And what is the "Minimum SDK Level "?
