Good afternoon

Is it possible to create a voice input so that it would transform voice to text and text to voice afterwards ?
If it is not possible with gamesalad, then at what else i should take a look at to create something like that?

No, that's not possible with GameSalad. There is no access to the microphone. I wouldn't know what to recommend.
