Can i publish my game with an ipad?

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I do not own other IOS devices than an ipad and as far as i know you cannot publish your game to app store without an apple device so is it possible to publish my game by using an ipad? Thanks in advance :-)

    ios devices (iphone , ipad) are just for testing your game while developing. Apple requires app binaries to be published on a mac using developer certificates. So you just need a mac and an apple developer account.
