access to appdelegate files

I havn't checked myself, but do we have access to the app delegate files within xcode? I wanted to add Pinch Media's analytics code to my project so I could track things, but it requires you to add some code to the app delegate file on the applicationdidfinishlaunching and the applicationdidterminate functions.

Is this possible?
